JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Justice and Safety Institute (JASI) is currently seeking qualified Law Enforcement/Criminal Justice Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for our programs. SMEs are involved in curriculum development and revision. Courses within this program focus on leadership and management issues and are conducted on site for the client agency. Subjects include, but are not limited to: Budgeting Report Writing Grant Writing First Line Supervision Field Training Officer Police Executive Development Advanced Executive Development Media, Leadership and Command Police Conduct Performance Appraisal Risk Management Applications will be received on an ongoing basis and will be reviewed as the need arises. CAMPUS SECURITY CRIME STATISTICS: Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
