Job Summary

As an Overnight Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll work in a dynamic environment, answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, and providing exceptional patient care and support. You'll be responsible for learning and understanding our front-end process to ensure successful service delivery. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls in a fast-paced environment to provide exceptional patient care and support.

  • Obtain, analyze, and verify the accuracy of information received from referrals to ensure successful service delivery.
  • Create orders and schedule patients to receive equipment as ordered by their doctor.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.

Key Qualifications

* 1 year of customer service experience, with a focus on retail and restaurant experience (acceptable).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and other software applications.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare or medical setting (desirable).

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures (desirable).
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (desirable).
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (desirable).

Compensation and Benefits

* Pay range: $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
