Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Chat Support Specialist at Hirecrafto, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to live chat inquiries on business websites or through social media accounts, providing timely and accurate support to customers.
  • Engaging in dynamic text-based conversations with customers, ensuring a positive experience and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Providing sales assistance and offering discounts to customers, promoting Tasknexa's products and services.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, adhering to Gigflowx's quality standards and guidelines.
  • Collaborating with the Talensparkx team to improve processes, share knowledge, and drive innovation.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, laptop).
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions closely, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Minimum availability of 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week.
