Oversee the day-to-day operations of the University tuition collection efforts and applicable reconciliations. Ensure all tuition collection processes are completed. Supervise tuition collections staff and ensure adherence to regulatory, University and departmental processes. Responsible for ensuring timely processing of incoming payments. Provide high-level customer service for tuition collections activity. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Education & Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Business or Accounting and at least three (3) years collection and student loan experience. Experience using MS word, power point and advanced knowledge of MS Excel. Knowledge of the current FDPCA rules. Supervisory experience. An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
