About the Role

As an Amazon Returns & Compliance Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing order issues, analyzing seller performance notes, and ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. You'll be working during the night shift, contributing to our 24/7 operational coverage.

Responsibilities

  • Review Order Issues: Investigate and resolve customer order issues, including returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations.
  • Analyze Seller Performance Notes: Monitor and analyze seller performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and potential compliance issues.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure all products and listings comply with Amazon's policies, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate with sellers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues and provide updates.
  • Document Thoroughly: Maintain accurate records of all investigations, resolutions, and communications.
  • Identify Trends: Identify recurring issues and trends, providing recommendations for process improvements.
  • Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date on Amazon's policies, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Team: Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and support overall team goals.
  • Meet Performance Goals: Meet or exceed established performance goals for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Escalate Issues: Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior team members or management.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon, is a plus.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus.
