Position Overview
As a Data Entry Operator at Gigflowx, you'll play a vital role in processing child support payments in the SDU (State Disbursement Unit) system. You'll work independently, using your strong analytical and organizational skills to collect, research, and analyze data. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in meeting stringent schedules and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
* Process child support payments in the SDU system in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
- Collect, research, and analyze data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Work independently with limited direction, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Maintain flexibility and adaptability to meet changing priorities and deadlines
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least one year of prior experience in data entry or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Proficiency in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and clients

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
