Experienced Customer Service Home Agent – Temporary Opportunity at Nexora

At Remotexa, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way we connect with customers and deliver exceptional experiences. As a Customer Service Home Agent, you'll be the friendly face of our brand, welcoming customers to Skillifyx and assisting them with their queries from the comfort of your own home office in Maine. We're seeking enthusiastic and tech-savvy individuals to join our team in a temporary capacity, working 6-8 hour shifts, with a minimum of 24 hours of availability per week.

Our customer service hours are from 8 AM to 8 PM every day, and we're looking for candidates who can commit to working during our busiest days, particularly Mondays and Tuesdays.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Home Agent, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have a legendary experience with Hiretide. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming customers to Taskzeno and assisting them with placing orders
  • Answering customer inquiries and providing information about products and services
  • Maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with customers
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace in your home that meets our requirements, including a personal computer, a webcam, and a headset with a microphone for video calls
  • Tech-savvy with a computer, internet, and webcam that meet company requirements
  • Availability to work at least 24 hours per week, including busy days like Mondays and Tuesdays

Nice-to-Haves

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial in this role:

  • Experience in customer service or sales roles
  • Familiarity with remote work tools and technology
