Job Description

Shift Coverage: Positions are needed for both daytime and nighttime coverage. Candidates must be flexible and available to work assigned shifts based on site needs. Key Responsibilities: Perform light maintenance tasks Support general cleaning and janitorial duties as needed with a potential of GMP cleaning Provide reception/front desk coverage, including greeting visitors and answering phones Assist with reporting maintenance issues Handle supply stocking and inventory checks Follow all safety policies and procedures Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior facilities, maintenance, cleaning, or customer service experience a plus Ability to perform light physical work (lifting, bending, standing) Basic computer and phone skills for reception coverage Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable attendance and punctuality required Work Locations: This role will support two sites: Braintree, MA Mansfield, MA Travel between both locations is required as part of the position. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
