Contract Recruiter (Remote-East Coast)

Client: Reputed Organization Role: Contract Recruiter (Temp-to-Perm Opportunity) Pay Rate: $30/hour Location: Fully Remote (East Coast candidates preferred) Job Description: Our client, a well-established organization, is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support a high-volume recruiting environment. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced hiring cycles and enjoys keeping pipelines full and moving. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and HR to recruit for multiple roles simultaneously while delivering a strong candidate experience. Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles
• Source, screen, and interview candidates efficiently
• Coordinate interview scheduling and support hiring managers
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
• Ensure a smooth and timely candidate experience
• Meet hiring deadlines in a fast-moving environment

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in high-volume recruiting
• Strong sourcing, screening, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions at once
• Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced setting
• Preference for candidates based on the East Coast
