Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative & Order Entry Specialist II, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordination with other departments to resolve inquiries
- Serving as the first point of customer contact for general inquiries, including pricing, products, scheduling, and more
- Building and maintaining strong business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyalty
- Interacting with customers, company sales, and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions
- Performing a range of Customer Service support tasks, including analyzing abnormalities and identifying causes and remedies
- Working closely with the Invoicing Team to ensure seamless processing of orders and invoices
- Daily sorting and mailing of printed invoices, as well as scanning and emailing invoices to customers
- Renaming intercompany invoices and saving them to a SharePoint site
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2-5 years of experience in a customer service or order entry position, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy, with limited supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify causes and remedies for abnormalities
- Proficiency in using a variety of software applications, including SharePoint and VPN systems
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
