- Transcribe and optimize audio and video content in Malay. Follow detailed constraints and instructions.
- Produce high-quality written outputs in Malay. Support work in English when required.
- Ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to formatting and stylistic guidelines. Capture nuances like tone and regional variations.
- Establish evaluation standards for general consumer audio contexts. Develop rubrics and grading guidelines in Malay and English.
- Conduct model testing and grading. Evaluate responses for accuracy, completeness, and clarity.
- Support benchmarking and quality assurance. Participate in QA cycles to maintain consistency and reliability.
- Strong writing, editing, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Native or near-native fluency in Malay and professional fluency in English.
- Ability to transcribe and analyze Malay audio content.
- Available to commit 10–20 hours per week.
- College students or recent graduates.
- Background in linguistics, humanities, social sciences, journalism, or technical disciplines.
- Experience with transcription, annotation, localization, evaluation, or research workflows in Malay.
- Familiarity with dialectal variations and regional speech patterns in Malay.
- Interest in AI, language models, or applied research environments.
