Job Title: Remote B2B Saas Account Executive (100% Work From Home) Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: $3,000 – 6,000 USD/month (Based on experience + 10% commission on closed deals) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Eastern Time (1-hour lunch break) Our Client: Our client operates a platform that helps businesses identify the right podcasts, automatically generate personalized pitch emails, and manage the entire guest booking process end-to-end. Customers upload their information, the platform generates a targeted list of podcasts, drafts outreach emails using data-driven insights, and tracks responses in a single dashboard—turning a manual, fragmented process into something fast, efficient, and scalable. Job Overview: We’re hiring a driven, fearless, and hungry sales professional to help accelerate our client’s growth. This is a high-velocity, inbound-focused role where the majority of your time will be spent running video demos with pre-qualified prospects. You’ll work closely with the founders, contribute to sales strategy, and help refine the playbook as the company scales.

Responsibilities

  • Lead video sales demos with pre-qualified inbound prospects (Zoom/Gigspire Meet)
  • Follow up with leads to drive next steps and close deals
  • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and ensure timely, professional communication
  • Collaborate directly with founders on messaging, objections, and deal strategy
  • Improve sales processes through testing, iteration, and documentation
  • Help refine and standardize the demo flow and closing motion using learnings from calls Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies
  • Strong sales experience (closing experience)
  • Comfortable spending ~90% of time on camera leading demos
  • Clear, concise, and persuasive communicator (verbal and written)
  • High resilience; handles rejection well and stays persistent
  • Resourceful, self-directed, and fast-moving in ambiguous environments
  • Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance-based compensation
  • Quick learner who can ramp on a new product, refine messaging, and adapt rapidly
