What You'll Do

As an Insurance Sales Agent - Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Soliciting new business and maintaining current business levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals
  • Expanding business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet agreed-upon production goals
  • Accurately accounting for all currency transactions and timely delivery of deposits to the bank with scanned documentation in our agency management system
  • Building and leveraging client relationships, educating and advising customers on which products best fit their needs

The Perfect Match

We're looking for a motivated and ambitious professional with a passion for sales and customer service. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred but not required)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
  • Sales or customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to build relationships with sales customers
  • Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
  • Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
