  • Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing action items to team members.
  • Marketing Content Assistance: Help craft social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional flyers that highlight arenaflex’s impact and upcoming events.
  • Project Coordination: Participate in special projects such as donor appreciation campaigns, community outreach events, and data‑quality improvement initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (any major) at a college or university within the Grand Rapids area.
