Job Responsibilities

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
• Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
• Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
• Strong product knowledge and a willingness to learn

Work Environment

Our Kenosha branch is located at 12355 Uline Way, Kenosha, WI 53144. We offer a 4- or 5-day on-site schedule, including weekends. Our modern facilities are designed to provide a comfortable and productive work environment, with plenty of opportunities for growth and development.

Compensation

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $26 to $33 per hour, with a $4 shift differential. Your salary will be based on your experience and qualifications.
