Job Description

As a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and driving sales growth at our self-storage facilities. Your primary focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues promptly, and promoting our services to existing and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, facility maintenance, and security protocols
  • Promote arenaflex services to existing and potential customers, driving sales growth and increasing revenue
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues
  • Conduct site inspections, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance customer experience
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in sales, retail, or hospitality

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and make sound decisions
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the self-storage industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and conflict resolution
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, inventory management, and facility maintenance software
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups
