Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Experience Coordinator, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting sales growth, and maintaining a positive store environment. You'll work closely with our sales team to ensure that customers receive a personalized shopping experience that meets their needs and exceeds their expectations. This is a part-time role that requires flexibility and a willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Promote sales growth by suggesting products, offering styling advice, and providing product knowledge to customers
  • Maintain a positive store environment, ensuring that the sales floor, stockrooms, and customer areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment
  • Process customer transactions, handle returns and exchanges, and resolve customer complaints in a fair and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, customer feedback, and inventory levels
  • Collaborate with other departments, including operations, inventory, and human resources, to ensure seamless store operations

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred

  • 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, and to adapt to changing store conditions
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or hospitality

  • Knowledge of fashion trends, styles, and products
  • Experience with visual merchandising and store displays
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
