Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk for Programs, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to data entry and maintenance of our facility's data system. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Performing data entry for the facility, including inmate assignments, housing moves, and work assignments
• Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our facility's data system
• Recording and updating inmate information, including demographic data, housing assignments, and work assignments
• Processing and verifying data for accuracy and completeness
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless data exchange and communication
• Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data security protocols

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
