Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, interacting with clients to resolve their inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a positive customer experience. You'll be responsible for managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems, while also learning and following all customer service procedures and policies. Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems

  • Provide product information, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
  • Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
  • Upsell products and services as needed
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements and Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
  • Must reside in California

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Knowledge of industry-specific products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
