Job Summary

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, recommending items for sale, and modeling and sharing best practices with your colleagues. You will work closely with our pharmacy team to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care, and you will be an integral part of our efforts to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a courteous, friendly, and efficient manner

  • Model and share best practices with colleagues to deliver exceptional service and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Recommend items for sale to patients, based on their needs and preferences
  • Work closely with the pharmacy team to ensure that patients receive the highest level of care
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and safety
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or retail setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and management
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to accurately handle cash and process transactions

* Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
