Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Greet customers, operate a cash register, and process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for store appearance
- Work closely with the sales team to drive sales, promote products, and build strong relationships with customers
- Participate in visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store fixtures
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily sales goals and maintain a positive, productive work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform other tasks as required
