Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and quality

  • Provide administrative support to our team, including responding to emails, making phone calls, and performing other tasks as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
  • Develop and implement efficient data entry processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Excellent typing skills, with a minimum of 25 words per minute
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
