Position Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing Customer Orders: Use world-class technology to process customer orders, make product recommendations, and handle account inquiries.
- Being a Product Expert: We'll equip you to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently, and help you develop the skills you need to succeed in your role.
- Building Business Relationships: Build strong relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat, and understand their needs to recommend arenaflex's best solutions.
- Helping Customers Navigate: Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering, and provide them with the best solutions to their needs.
Minimum Requirements
* High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Prior Customer Service Experience: Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you're eager to learn, we'll train you!
- Bilingual (English / Spanish): Fluency in both verbal and written forms of English and Spanish is required.

Location and Schedule
* Riverside, CA: We're located in Riverside, CA, with a convenient schedule that includes 12:30 PM to 9 PM, 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day.

Compensation
