Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers in-store and over the phone. You'll be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers with a smile and providing a warm, welcoming experience
  • Processing transactions efficiently and accurately at the cash register
  • Answering customer questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Modeling and sharing customer service best practices with colleagues
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer

  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register
  • Answer customer questions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Model and share customer service best practices with colleagues
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or healthcare

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
