We are looking for a results-driven Director, New Customer Acquisition to lead a newly formed team focused on acquiring new customers. This is a high-impact role where you'll combine hands-on sales leadership with strategic influence to drive growth and shape our go-to-market strategy. What you'll do & how you'll make your mark.

  • Lead and develop a team of Sales Managers and Representatives, driving performance, coaching, and career growth.
  • Build and execute strategies to acquire new customers and grow Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
  • Track key sales metrics-conversion rates, pipeline health, and rep activity-to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to create sales enablement content and co-sell on high-value opportunities.
  • Report to executive leadership on performance, forecast outcomes, and contribute to company-wide initiatives.

Who you are & what you'll need to succeed.

  • Experienced sales leader (Director level preferred) with a proven track record in SaaS, PaaS, or tech sales-hosting experience is a plus.
  • 5+ years of successful selling experience with expertise in outbound/new customer acquisition.
  • Skilled at building, mentoring, and retaining top-performing teams.
  • Strong operational mindset: pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and process development come naturally.
  • Collaborative, cross-functional, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
