What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services via telephone or email
• Providing excellent customer service to both customers and arenaflex personnel
• Performing accounts receivable duties, including calling on outstanding accounts, processing credits and exchanges, and resolving account conflicts through arenaflex's escalation process
• Partnering and providing administrative support to arenaflex's Sales Department
• Performing basic data entry and other administrative duties

Qualifications

We're looking for a candidate with:

• 2 years of Customer Service experience in an administrative setting (preferred)
• Prior Accounts Receivable experience (highly encouraged)
• High School diploma or GED equivalent (recommended)
• Verbal & written communication skills: professional telephone and email etiquette
• Essential skills: active listener, responsive, and personable
• Computer skills: proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS, etc)
• Time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
• A collaborative, team-player capable of working independently
• Problem solver in a dynamic environment
• Comfortable performing basic mathematical skills (i.e. adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, etc.)
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally carry parcels or packages, walk short distances, and sit for extended periods

Pay & Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
