Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services to provide informed support to customers
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, driving loyalty and retention
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

* Experience working in a retail or food service environment
