Essential Functions:

As a Caregiver Lead, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional care to clients in their homes in a safe and professional manner
• Providing personal companionship and remaining actively engaged with each client and their families
• Assisting with personal care activities, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation
• Administrative functions, such as documenting completion of tasks and reporting changes in the client's physical condition, mental capability, or behavior
