Key Responsibilities

As a Wholesale Customer Service Representative I, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service and support to our internal and wholesale customers via telephone, email, and in-person interactions
• Processing orders accurately and efficiently for internal and wholesale customers, including the purchase of tires, parts, and services
• Maintaining accurate records and performing data entry tasks in a timely manner
• Coordinating deliveries with our shipping departments to ensure seamless logistics
• Assisting with special projects and tasks as requested by management
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of two years of customer service experience
• Tire and automotive service industry experience is a plus, but not required
• Excellent phone skills, with the ability to offer the highest quality of customer service
• Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate effectively
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Inventory Management Database
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
