Responsibilities As a Shopify Data Entry & Order Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks: * Manage product listings on the Shopify platform, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. * Process customer orders promptly and accurately, including handling returns and exchanges as needed. * Update inventory levels regularly to reflect current stock and avoid overselling. * Light customer service duties to resolve any order-related inquiries in a timely manner. * Adhere to data entry standards to maintain accuracy and consistency across all Shopify records. * Assist in the implementation of best practices for data management and order processing workflow. Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * Proven experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is essential. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing. * Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, especially Excel/Sheets for data management. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. * Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial for this role: * Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment processes. * Knowledge of e-commerce trends and best practices. * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services. * Certification in data entry, customer service, or a related field.
