Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, technical support, and enrollment assistance to our clients. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, manage accounts, and provide guidance on health insurance options. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service experiences through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and email support

• Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Enter application data accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, adapting to changing projects and updates as needed
• Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
• Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and multitask with ease
• Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and arenaflex policies
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in CRM systems and practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
• High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing projects and updates
• Self-motivated, success-driven, and comfortable working from home
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role

• Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
• Previous experience in a Call Center environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Spanish Bilingual, a plus
