Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, students, and alumni. You will be the primary point of contact for inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats, and texts, ensuring that all interactions are handled professionally, efficiently, and with a high level of empathy. Your primary duties will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats, and texts with a high level of productivity and accuracy
  • Utilizing our CRM system to track customer interactions, resolve technical issues, and provide follow-up support
  • Providing timely and professional responses to all written communication, including emails and chat messages
  • Updating customer records with current demographic and contact information, and accurately notating all interactions
  • Comprehending training material on various topics and sharing new concepts and content with colleagues
  • Adhering to all federal and state laws governing the industry, as well as client Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies
  • Attaining all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals

Training and Development

As a new hire, you will participate in a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role. Our training schedule includes:

  • Two weeks of training, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm CST
  • Ongoing coaching and support to ensure your success in the role

Education and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role
  • A strong passion for helping others and a drive to succeed in a dynamic environment
