Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Entering data into our database with speed and accuracy
  • Conducting simple internet research and compiling findings in Microsoft Word or Open Office documents
  • Using basic data processing applications, such as Microsoft Word or Open Office, to input data
  • Familiarizing yourself with basic Google Docs, as needed
  • Interacting with customers via email, as required
  • Conducting web-based research, such as Google searches, to gather information
  • Using Word or Open Office to input data, as directed
  • Handling customer bill processing, as needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Reliable internet connection
  • Computer or laptop or phone device, with the ability to meet the Data Entry Clerk standards
  • Ability to type with speed and accuracy
  • Knowledge of simple data processing applications, such as Microsoft Word or Open Office
  • Familiarity with basic Google Docs, as needed
  • Motivation, friendliness, and ability to work with team members
  • Ability to conduct web-based research, as needed
  • Integrity and ability to work independently
  • Optional: Sales skills are not required, but may be beneficial for those interested in exploring further opportunities
