Responsibilities

As an Online Remote Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to live chat inquiries from patients, families, and healthcare professionals in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information about hospice services and resources, including eligibility criteria, benefits, and support services.
  • Addressing and resolving concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring that every interaction is respectful and compassionate.
  • Collaborating with the hospice team to ensure seamless communication and support, including referring complex cases to relevant specialists.
  • Documenting chats and follow-up interactions to ensure client satisfaction and to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to privacy regulations, including HIPAA guidelines.
  • Participating in training and development to enhance skillsets and knowledge, including ongoing education on hospice services and best practices.

Requirements
