As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in supporting English-speaking subscribers with their queries and concerns. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch service and ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience with our platform. Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer support to English-speaking arenaflex subscribers via chat and phone
- Answer how-to questions about payment, streaming, and content issues
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to subscribers
- Assist subscribers with navigating the arenaflex platform and finding their favorite content
- Collaborate with the team to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Requirements:
* Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)
- Great communication and soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
- Computer knowledge and technical savviness
