Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team in providing exceptional support to Florida high school and college students. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering calls and addressing inquiries related to Florida scholarships and grants. You will work closely with students, parents, and educators to provide accurate and timely information, resolve issues, and promote arenaflex's programs and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer calls and respond to inquiries from Florida high school and college students regarding Florida scholarships and grants

  • Provide accurate and timely information to students, parents, and educators
  • Resolve issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Promote arenaflex's programs and services to students and families
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of student interactions
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's programs, policies, and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent

  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
  • Comfortable using computers
  • Experience working with customer support a plus
  • Ability to speak and understand English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a professional work environment

  • Experience working with customer support software and systems
  • Knowledge of Florida scholarships and grants programs
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
