Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
- Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Stay up-to-date with product information and company policies to provide accurate and informed support
- Work collaboratively with the Online Chat Manager to ensure seamless customer support
What You'll Need:
