Job Responsibilities

As an entry-level remote Benefits Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and virtual meetings. Your primary goal will be to help clients understand their insurance benefit options, answer questions about coverage, plans, and policies, and schedule and conduct virtual consultations with new and existing customers. You will also be required to maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, as well as support clients in making informed decisions about their benefit needs. Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and virtual meetings
  • Helping clients understand their insurance benefit options
  • Answering questions about coverage, plans, and policies
  • Scheduling and conducting virtual consultations with new and existing customers
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services
  • Supporting clients in making informed decisions about their benefit needs

Entry-Level Qualifications

We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are eager to start their career in customer service and sales. While prior experience in insurance or customer service is not required, we do look for the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED (college students and recent grads welcome)
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • Comfortable working remotely with basic tech knowledge (Zoom, email, etc.)
  • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Motivated, reliable, and ready to learn
