Job Summary
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team and provide exceptional service to our customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to our customers. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Experience working in a remote environment
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Experience with data entry and typing (25 words per minute or higher)
- Certification in customer service or a related field
