Role Overview

As an Experienced Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing timely and effective customer support to our clients' customers. Working from the comfort of your own home, you'll be responsible for assisting customers via live chat, email, and electronic message boards, ensuring a seamless shopping and support experience. Key Responsibilities

* Contract Length: Open-ended with no fixed term

  • Rate: $35 per hour
  • Requirements:

+ Access to a device capable of handling social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop) + Ability to work independently and follow instructions carefully + Reliable internet connectivity

  • Hours: Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week
  • Location: Remote, with a preference for candidates in the United States
