Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in facilitating inbound calls, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Handle high volumes of inbound calls from customers, directing them to the proper departments as needed

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries
• Utilize strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve them when necessary
• Explain contract details to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their coverage and benefits
• Manage existing customer relationships, providing proactive support to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Process payments and set up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and meetings with management, utilizing camera usage to stay connected and engaged with the team

Key to Success

* Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and listening skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with other employees
• General computer and typing skills, with proficiency in software applications and systems
• Availability for immediate full-time work, with a passion for customer service and quality work
• Focus, reliability, and ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask
• High School diploma or GED required, with a plus for bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency
