Role Overview

As a live chat assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to their queries in real-time using a simplified dashboard filled with templates, customer history, and guided replies. Your primary responsibility will be to keep users happy and confident by providing accurate and helpful information, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex problems to our billing or tech team when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to incoming chat messages from new and returning customers in a timely and accurate manner

  • Guide users to the right products or promotions based on their preferences and interests
  • Assist with login, password reset, and cart errors, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for our customers
  • Offer help using a tone that matches our brand's friendly and approachable style
  • Tag unusual issues for follow-up by the billing or tech team, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need
  • Submit end-of-shift reports summarizing conversation patterns and providing valuable insights for our team
