What You Will Do in This Role
As a Customer Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service and assisting sellers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat across a variety of areas.
- Providing customer support throughout the entire process, from sale, delivery, and return, to refund and warranty.
- Maintaining KPI metrics within targets and ensuring closed cases per hour meet SLA levels.
Your Qualifications

- You have a high level of Dutch (oral and written) and fluency in English.
- You have experience in customer service.
- You maintain a professional, approachable, and supportive attitude.
- You have the ability to actively listen, educate, and extract relevant information efficiently.

- You demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- You have the conditions to work from home, including access to a router, private office space, and good internet speed.
