Data Quality Department Overview
The Data Quality Department at arenaflex is responsible for processing information submitted by communities into usable data points about residents. This person-centered data drives engagement and provides invaluable insight that improves residents' quality of life. Our team utilizes best practices of data cleaning, mining, and quality assurance to ensure only high-confidence data is available for use by end users.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Data Entry / Editor to join our Data Quality Department. As a Data Entry / Editor, you will be responsible for verifying mined data points are accurately placed in resident profiles and ensuring all Quality of Life metrics are represented in line with the resident's intentions. You will work closely with our Data Quality Manager to ensure all person-centered data created is ready for use within Minerva and all corresponding arenaflex tools.
Key Responsibilities
* Cross-checks data mining of written or verbal interviews to ensure accuracy in uploading into profiles or stories as assigned
- Logs accurate time for each ticket to maintain efficient workflow
- Maintains turnaround time standards as assigned to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Maintains minimal error rate per month to ensure high-quality data
- Adheres to arenaflex person-centered data entry standards and formatting guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Follows all Data Quality Department established processes and procedures to ensure seamless workflow
- Participates in Weekly Editor Meeting and assigned training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
- Adheres to all applicable laws and regulations related to Protected Health Information to ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive data
Essential Qualifications
* Perfect English grammar and spelling skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to focus on tasks
- Self-directed and able to work independently in a remote work environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to apply knowledge and creativity to resolve standard and complex issues
- Basic professional communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent typing skills (at least 60 words per minute)
- Moderate to high comfort with technology, including messaging, video conferencing, workflow, and database tools
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with data entry software and tools
- Familiarity with arenaflex's Minerva platform and tools
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Certification in data entry or a related field
