Role Summary
As a Remote Chat Support Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for users seeking assistance with our digital services. Using our proprietary workflows and scripted responses, you'll provide prompt, professional, and empathetic support to resolve a wide range of issues, from login problems to subscription management. Your exceptional communication skills, combined with our comprehensive training program, will enable you to excel in this role and make a meaningful impact on our users' experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and respond to live chat requests in a timely and professional manner
- Assist users with password resets, billing inquiries, subscription changes, and general platform navigation
- Utilize scripted responses and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Document all interactions and escalate complex issues to ensure seamless resolution
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all communications, even in challenging situations

Technical & Skills Requirements

Compensation & Scheduling
* Starting pay: $25 / hour
- Potential raise to $30–$35 / hour after 30 QA-approved shifts
- Shifts available 24 / 7; self-scheduling system
- Minimum 15 hours per week required
Training & Onboarding
* 2-hour online onboarding session to introduce you to our systems and workflows
- Simulated chat practice to help you develop your skills and confidence
- First live shift monitored by QA to ensure a smooth transition
- Paid work begins within 3–5 business days, with ongoing support and feedback
