Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Live Chat Agent to join our Customer Service team. As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be the initial point of contact for passengers, guiding them through their travel inquiries, booking processes, and flight updates. You will ensure each interaction is handled with care, empathy, and professionalism, embodying arenaflex's commitment to customer satisfaction and reliability.
Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Agent, your key responsibilities will include:
