[Remote] Influencer Marketing Manager - Gaming

AFK is seeking a highly experienced Influencer Marketing Manager with expertise in the gaming industry, particularly in Trading Card Games (TCG). The role involves driving strategy and execution of creator campaigns, managing partnerships, and delivering impactful community engagement while ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end creator campaigns with demonstrated success working with AAA studios and global gaming brands
  • Apply specialised TCG knowledge to strategy, creator selection, planning, and content approval
  • Source, vet, and onboard creators from the TCG and adjacent communities
  • Develop multi-platform strategies tailored to the TCG community (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, etc.)
  • Oversee high-budget activations and brand partnerships from briefing to final delivery & execute large-scale earned campaigns
  • Ensure operational excellence with great planning, communication, and creative oversight
  • Deliver clear, confident communication during pitches, client reviews, and strategic presentations
  • Build trust-based, long-term relationships through reliability, subject-matter expertise, and industry fluency
  • Represent the brand in TCG-related conversations, events, and creator partnerships

Skills

  • Highly experienced Influencer Marketing Manager with a deep understanding and proven experience in Games and the Trading Card Game realm
  • Strong background working with AAA studios/brands
  • Deep understanding of TCG communities, including creators, competitive formats, collectors, and audience behaviour
  • Driving the strategy, execution, performance, and tracking of major creator campaigns in gaming
  • High-quality delivery and strong alignment with clients and stakeholders
  • Own all the reporting and analysis, using comprehensive reporting skills to identify trends and translate them into meaningful performance insights
  • Lead end-to-end creator campaigns with demonstrated success working with AAA studios and global gaming brands

  • Proven ability to innovate in the creator space, pioneering new approaches and delivering first-class creator experiences
  • Experience executing six-to-seven figure campaigns for AAA and global gaming brands
  • Strong technical understanding of influencer tools, analytics, tracking systems, and CRM platforms
  • Exceptional communication, relationship management, and stakeholder alignment skills
  • Highly analytical with the ability to turn data into clear insights and business recommendations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, high-complexity projects under tight deadlines
  • Knowledge in the TCG space is strongly preferred
