Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Simi Valley, California. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering incoming calls, and assisting with product inquiries. You will also take phone orders, accurately enter them into our system, and help customers identify correct parts using our catalog. In addition, you will perform general administrative tasks as needed and occasionally support other departments as part of a flexible team.

Requirements

* Excellent phone and communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and a customer-first attitude
  • Ability to learn and navigate our product catalog confidently
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office experience is a plus)
  • ERP/business software familiarity is a bonus
  • Previous exposure to technical, medical, or dental equipment is a strong advantage
  • Valid identification that proves your right to work in the United States
  • As a condition of employment, you may be required to pass a drug screen and background check
