Join Our Team:

We're seeking an experienced Live Stream Chat Moderator to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in protecting our clients' brands and ensuring a positive social experience for all users. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining a friendly and civil chat environment, while being aware of any potential issues on the live streams.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Live Stream Chat Moderator, you'll be responsible for:

• Moderating live comments in accordance with client-specific guidelines
• Carrying out moderation and training accordingly to the times scheduled in the project schedule
• Offering support to other moderators who need assistance as well as mentoring new moderators and supporting them
• Ban users/comments that violate tenets during HVE

Qualifications and Experience:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent US English level: As you'll be reviewing comments in US English, having outstanding written communication skills and the ability to read between the lines is a must
• Ability and feeling comfortable working in fast-paced environments with the ability to multitask and navigate a fast-moving live chat
• Ability to be assertive, discerning, and decisive when making judgment calls regarding what is appropriate
