Job Summary

As a Slovak-speaking Customer Service Consultant at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing technical support to our customers, diagnosing and resolving technical problems, and providing information on our products and their functionality. Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical support to equipment users, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

• Diagnose and resolve technical problems, using your knowledge of home appliances and RTV equipment
• Provide information on products and their functionality, including features, benefits, and usage guidelines
• Enter requests into our system, ensuring accurate and timely processing
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements

* Fluency in Slovak (B2/C1) – we're looking for native speakers or those with near-native proficiency

• Excellent command of English (B1/B2) – we're looking for individuals who can communicate effectively in English
• Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (e.g., refrigerator, washing machine, TV) – we're looking for individuals who have hands-on experience with these types of appliances
• Smile, positive attitude, communicative, and willingness to learn – we're looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard – we're looking for individuals who can type accurately and efficiently
• Availability for at least 120 hours per month, with a flexible schedule that includes Monday to Friday, 8:00-18:00
